✅ Carrier or institution is generally available for all Swivel Sync customers.
Closed Alpha Carrier or institution is only available to selected customers in our closed alpha testing program.
Open Beta Carrier or institution is available to all Swivel Sync customers to gather feedback and improve user satisfaction.

About Alpha Carriers
Carriers and institutions marked as Closed Alpha are in early-stage testing with a select group of Swivel customers.
Alpha carriers are not generally available — only customers selected for the Swivel Sync Alpha Program can connect to them.
Participation is hands-on and includes discovery calls, an on-site visit with a Swivel Sync engineer, and daily testing.
Alpha customers play a key role in shaping functionality and connectivity before a carrier moves to Open Beta or general availability.

About Beta Carriers
Carriers and institutions marked as open Beta are actively being refined and improved.
You can use a beta carrier just like any other Swivel Sync–supported carrier or institution.
Sync behavior may continue to improve, and you might occasionally see changes or issues as we stabilize the experience.
Your usage and feedback directly help us improve accuracy, performance, and reliability so we can confidently move the carrier out of beta.
