In order to begin viewing and access your Network View sub accounts, users in the sub accounts must link their account via invite. This does require steps from both the Network View owner as well as the sub account owner.
Creating an Invite for a Sub Account (as the Network Owner)
Select Network from the main navigation
Select Linked Accounts
Select Link Invites in the top right hand corner
This is where you can view all invites sent. To send a new invite, select +New Invite
Complete the Invitee Name (this is how this sub account will display to you inside the Network View). It is recommended to use the sub accounts legal name.
Access Role - gives you view only access into the account
Control Role - gives you full access and ability to makes edits & configurations in the account.
Select Save.
Copy and send the invite to code to the applicable sub account
Note: You must create separate invites for each individual sub account
Accepting an Invite (as the Sub Account Owner)
Copy the invite code sent to you from the Network View owner
Navigate to Settings from the main navigation in your account.
Select Account and then General
Select Link Account on the top right hand side
Paste the invite code and select Verify
The next screen will show details of the account that has invited you to link, if everything looks good, select Save.
Final Authorization of Accepted Invite (as the Network Owner)
The final step after an invite has been created and linked in the sub account is for the Network owner to approve the complete linkage of the 2 accounts.
Select Network from the main navigation
Select Linked Accounts
Select Link Invites in the top right hand corner.
Under the applicable sub account listed, select Approve.
Now the account link has been complete and as the Network Owner, you can now view and access the linked accounts and agent data.
