How to resend an opt-in message
Go to the Contact's record
Click the three-dot Action Menu (located next to the Edit Contact button)
Click Communication Preferences
Click Resend Op-in
A 5-minute cooldown helps prevent repeated submissions, and on-screen notifications provide immediate feedback on whether the resend was successful or rate-limited.
