Link Source
Once, you've created your Swivel Sync sources and your supported carriers and institutions are associated to the corresponding Swivel Sync source types, you're ready to login to each source using your agent or advisor institution credentials.
From the main menu, go to Swivel Sync to launch the Swivel Sync dashboard OR you can go to the top menu bar Sync button to the same place.
Find any un-linked source > click the Link button.
Link pop-up window appears > enter your agent or advisor login credentials to access the institution.
Click Link.
Once, you're credentials are authenticated and successfully linked, click Done.
How long does each source remain linked?
The duration that sources remain linked vary by the insurance carrier and institution's website time out session durations. This can range from hours to days between carriers and institutions.
📌 Quick Tip: Though linked sessions vary by carrier, we highly recommend to check your Swivel Sync Dashboard daily to ensure all sources are linked and ensure your policies and accounts are updated consistently.
