The Consolidated Workflows view helps you easily manage and view workflows in your tenant. This view focuses on the next workflow step due in a given workflow. In relation to the dashboard Workflows Widget, this gives users the ability to view their assigned workflows in a larger view.
Filters Available on the Workflows Tab
The following filters are available from the workflows tab:
Filter by Date: Filter the workflow steps available within a given date range
Filter by User: Selecting different users from this drop down gives insight into the current, past due, and upcoming workflow steps for users in your account.
Additional Filters:
Workflow Type- Select from the given Workflow Type selections where workflows are created on the Workflow Templates Configurations. (Ex: filtering by Contact returns results of all workflows configured on the Contact level.)
Workflow Status - Filter your workflows by: Scheduled, Running, Completed, Expired, or Canceled
Active/Archive Status - Determine whether you would like to view Active or Archived Workflows
