No. Only simple plan text, or Short Message Service (SMS) capabilities at this time. This means you cannot send images or videos through text message.

Yes! Recipients have the ability to opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying to the message with STOP.

Yes! Recipients have the ability to opt back in to receiving text messages if they have previously opted out of receiving text messages at any time by replying START to the existing message thread.
If the recipient has deleted the initial thread, we recommend communicating the text phone number to the recipient and have them send a message with the word START so they can be opted back in.
