While most differences are small and easy to adjust to, there are a few key distinctions between Wealthbox and Swivel to be aware of after completing your import.

Contacts

πŸ“Œ Note: Swivel displays contacts alphabetically from A-Z. At this time, you cannot display contacts by Recent, Created, or Z-A as you can in Wealthbox.

  • Contact details such as contact information (i.e. emails, phone number, address, etc.) and personal information will display on the Contact's page. Unlike Wealthbox, Swivel displays these information in different tiles organized by Contact Card, Contact Details, and General Information.

  • Contact Status in Wealthbox maps to Contact Status in Swivel

Opportunities

Swivel comes pre-configured with pipelines so if any Wealthbox pipelines share the same name, the opportunities attached will update on the Swivel pipeline. For example, if your Wealthbox has an Annuities pipeline, all opportunities attached will import to your Swivel Annuities pipeline. If you have a Default Pipeline, a new Default Pipeline will be created.

Products

πŸ“Œ Note: At this time "Riders" are not included in the data migration and will need to be manually updated.

  • Beneficiary and Beneficiary type (i.e. Primary, Secondary) are supported and will migrate to the associated product.
