Leading Response
Reach out to your contact at LeadingResponse to help set up the Webhook connection to Swivel. You will need to provide your credentials in addition to the API Key you create in Swivel.
🚧 Important: Contacts brought in from LeadingResponse will have the category of Lead and the status of Unspecified. Guests will also be created as contacts in Swivel with the same category and Status. These contacts can be updated via Swivel's Bulk Update functionality.
🔍 Tip: If you want contacts tied to a specific event, you must provide LeadingResponse with the Event Name configured in Swivel. If it does not match, it will create a new event with an Unspecified event type and assigned to agent.
