LeadingResponse Campaigns and Events
If you use LeadingResponse, do not create LeadingResponse campaigns or events in Swivel before the import. LeadingResponse will import these records into Swivel as part of the process.
After the import is complete, you can update the campaign and event names in Swivel to match your preferred naming conventions.
Following this process helps prevent duplicate campaigns and events and ensures a smoother import.
Reach out to your contact at LeadingResponse to help set up the Webhook connection to Swivel. You will need to provide your credentials in addition to the API Key you create in Swivel.
đ§ Important: Contacts brought in from LeadingResponse will have the category of Lead and the status of Unspecified. Guests will also be created as contacts in Swivel with the same category and Status. These contacts can be updated via Swivel's Bulk Update functionality.
