How to Fix an Incorrect Product on a Client Record

If the wrong product was mistakenly added to a client record in Swivel, you can update it to the correct product. Before making the change, confirm that no values are currently stored for the product. Any existing value entries must be removed before updating.

Remove Existing Value Entries

  1. Navigate to the client’s record

  2. Find the product you want to update

  3. Click Update Values

  4. If any value logs are listed, click the trash can icon to delete each log

All values must be deleted before proceeding.

Update the Product

Once no values remain:

  1. Open the product you want to update

  2. Click the three-dot action menu > Edit

  3. Select the correct product from the dropdown or add a new product if it does not already exist in Swivel

  4. Click Save

The client record will now reflect the correct product.
