What is the Event Performance Report?

The Event Performance Report helps you analyze seminar performance from multiple perspectives.

Instead of viewing results only by campaign, you can group events by different attributes, compare performance across groups, and drill into the individual events behind the numbers.

This makes it easier to identify trends, compare results, and understand what's driving event performance.

When should I use this report?

Use the Event Performance Report when you want to answer questions like:

  • Which agent has the highest attendance rate?

  • Which venue generates the most submitted premium?

  • How do my dinner seminars compare to educational workshops?

  • Which months produce the strongest event performance?

  • Which campaigns generated the highest production?

Customize the report

Before analyzing your results, customize the report by:

  • Selecting a date range.

  • Applying filters.

  • Choosing how to group your results.

  • Selecting the metrics you want to display.

Filter your data

Filter the report using both event and campaign information.

Event filters

  • Agent

Choose the metrics you want to see

Customize the report to display the metrics that matter most to your business.

You can choose from 26 available metrics, including both:

  • Summary metric cards

  • Report columns

Your selected metrics are automatically remembered the next time you open the report.

Analyze your results

Once you've customized the report, use the available tools to compare performance and investigate trends.

Compare against the overall totals

A Totals row appears at the top of the report and summarizes all events included in your current filters.

Use this row as a benchmark when comparing individual groups.

For example, you can quickly determine whether an agent's attendance rate is above or below your organization's average.

Drill into individual events

Select any row in the report to view the individual events included in that group.

For example, if you group by Agent, selecting an agent displays every event associated with that advisor while keeping the group summary visible for comparison.

Review event production

When viewing individual events:

  • Select a Submitted Premium amount to open the Transactions report.

  • Select a Paid Premium amount to open the Sales report.

The destination report is automatically filtered to the selected event.

Export your results

You can export:

  • The entire report.

  • A single grouped section.

Exports are available in CSV format.

Campaign Analytics vs. Event Performance Report

If you're comparing marketing campaigns, use the Event Performance Report grouped by Campaign.

This provides the campaign summary you're familiar with while also allowing you to:

  • Drill into individual events.

  • Regroup by agent, venue, month, or other dimensions.

  • Compare campaign performance from multiple perspectives.

The Campaign Analytics report remains available, but the Event Performance Report provides greater flexibility for analyzing seminar performance.
