Use Advanced Filters in the Contacts tab to find contacts that match specific criteria. You can filter by contact information, product information, or both.
Open Advanced Filters
Go to the Contacts tab.
Select Advanced Filters.
Add Filters
You can use Contact Filters, Product Filters, or both.
For each filter:
Select a Field.
Select an Operator.
Select or enter a Value.
Add multiple filters to narrow your results.

Combine Filters
Use multiple filters to narrow your results. You can combine Contact Filters and Product Filters in the same search.
Example

This finds contacts who are assigned to Jane Smith or John Smith and have an active product.
Use Your Results
After you find the contacts you need, you can:
Convert to a Static List to create a list of the matching contacts.
Convert to a Dynamic List to create a list that updates as contacts meet or no longer meet the filter criteria.
Export to CSV to use the results outside of Swivel.
