Exporting Contacts
How do I export all of my contacts?
From the Swivel Navigation Menu, > click the Contacts tab.
Click the Action Menu and select Export to export all contacts as a .csv file.
π Note: For security purposes, users currently cannot export Medicare Number or Social Security Number as part of an export. This information may only be imported.
How do I select specific contacts to export?
From the Swivel Navigation Menu, > click the Contacts tab.
Locate the Advanced Filters button below the search bar and > click Advanced Filters
Complete the Filter Contacts Pop-Up Form and hit the Filter button
Click the Action Menu and select Export to export the filtered contacts as a .csv file.

How do I mark contacts as deceased?
Navigate to the contact record,
From the Contact Details tile > click the Edit Icon

Update the Deceased drop-down to Yes
Enter the Date of Death (optional)
Click the Save button
π Tip: We also recommend updating the Contact Status to Inactive.
π Tip: Once a contact is marked deceased, their name will be removed from the household name (if applicable) and suppressed from future email outreach.
How do I manage multiple phones, addresses, and/or emails for my contact?
You can add labels and also mark which form is the primary.
How to I mark a Contact as Do Not Contact?
Mark a Contact as Do Not Contact Step-by-Step Instructions:
Navigate to the desired Contact's page
Click the Edit icon in the Contact Card tile
Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Contact Card form and > check the Do Not Contact box

Click Save.
π Note: Marking a contact as Do Not Contact will surpress the contact from all future marketing campaigns, even if they have opted in. Please use with discretion.
