General FAQs
Does it make a difference if I create a list from the Contacts tab or Client Tab?
It should not make a difference where you create the list from as long as you have the same criteria in your list creation/filter. If you are only wanting existing clients (no leads included), creating the list from the Clients tab is an easier route, but both should get you what you are looking for.
How do I access a Contact's Swivel Summary from a Contact List?
Navigate to a main menu contact category tab (e.g. Clients)
Create a new contact list or select an existing list to view--the list will include a Swivel Summary button for any contacts with pending and/or open policies & accounts.
Click the Swivel Summary button for a given contact.
Closing the Swivel Summary, returns back to the previous list view.
Can I remove Contacts from a list?
Yes! To remove a contact from a list, click the red icon.
Filtering for a Contact List
How do I filter and create a list for contacts that have been marked Do Not Contact?
Swivel does not have a way to filter if a contact has been marked as Do Not Contact because these contacts will automatically be suppressed from Swivel Emails and Texts. In the event that you wish to export a list of Do Not Contact, we recommend creating a Do Not Contact Tag on the contact so you can filter off the specific tag.
