About Document and File Storage

File storage is required for users to be able to add and store different document and file types to their account on their clients or within the Business Management navigation.

Add or Remove Additional File Storage

Users with access to the Billing Page (account owners) can add or remove additional file storage to change the amount of storage space available for their users.

To adjust the amount of additional file storage on your account, access from inside of the navigation.

  1. Select the Add/Remove File Storage link next to your Additional File Storage count.

  2. Enter the desired number of GB in the file storage field on in the Additional File Storage modal.

  3. Select Save

🚧 Important: You will be charged for additional file storage immediately. Refunds will not be issued upon storage removal. Your next billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

🚧 Important: Storage space must be available prior to removal. Archiving files does not free-up space, however, deleting files will.

πŸ” Tip: For Statements to display on the Swivel Summary, they must be a Statement document type.
