Welcome to Swivel! This guide will help you get setup in Swivel. Before you dive in, make sure you're able to log-in to your Swivel account.

Step 3: Start adding your Leads and Clients

Now let's get your contacts into your account. There are two ways to create contacts in swivel:

  1. Add contacts individually, or

  2. Complete a contact import

Create New Contact

  1. From the left side Main Menu > click Contacts tab.

  2. Click +Add Contact button

  3. Complete the New Contact form

  4. Once you're done, click Save button

Complete a Contact Import

Please visit our Imports section for a deep-dive into importing contacts including troubleshooting and additional questions.

  1. From the left side Main Menu > click Contacts tab.

  2. Select the Import button

  3. Complete the New Import pop-up

  4. Once you're done, click Save button
