Option 1: Log-in using the Swivel CRM Portal site
To access your account, visit https://portal.swivelcrm.com, enter your email and password and click Sign In.
🔍 Tip: Make sure to add the log-in page to your internet bookmarks.
Option 2: Log-in from Swivel's Website
To access your account directly from Swivel's website, visit https://swivelcrm.com and navigate to the top right and select Log In. Then proceed to log in with your user credentials.

Users Associated to 2+ Accounts
For users with access to 2 or more accounts, you will be directed to the Pick Account page.
Sign in to your Swivel account from https://portal.swivelcrm.com/
From the Pick Account Page > find the account you would like to access > click Select.
You will be launched to the Dashboard Experience of that Account.
To login to any other connected account, from the Pick Account Page > find an account record listed > click Select.
You will be launched to the respective experience.
To exit the account and switch to another account experience, navigate to your name in the upper-righthand corner > select Switch Accounts.
You are redirected to your Pick Account page to select a different account.
