Swivel Account Management

I forgot my password, can I reset it?

Yes! To reset your password, click the Forgot your Password? link on the sign-in page and enter your email address and click Request new password.

I invited a user but they have not received the invite. What do I do?

The first step is to confirm that the invite was sent to the correct email. Once confirmed, instruct the user to double-check their spam or promotions folder. If the user has received the invite, but it has expired, you will need to delete their Pending invite and resend.

I'm afraid my password was compromised. Can I change it?

Yes! Log-in to your account using your current password. Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner and click on the circle with your Initials (or photo) and select My Profile. From the My Profile Page, select Change Password in the top-right corner. Complete the Edit Password pop-up and click Save.

**Please note, you will need your current password to confirm your changes**

How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring two different forms of verification before granting access. Swivel supports Two-Factor Authentication via Phone or through an (outside) authenticator App. Please follow these instructions to turn on 2FA for your account.

How do I login to Swivel?

You can access your account through our website at www.swivelcrm.com, or directly from portal.swivelcrm.com. For an in-depth overview, visit the Getting Started section.

How do I update my profile information?

Please visit Managing Your User Profile for more information.

Can I change my Email Address?

Yes! If you wish to change your email address, navigate to the top right corner and click on the circle with your Initials (or photo) and select My Profile. From the My Profile Page, select Change Email in the top-right corner. Complete the Edit Email pop-up and click Save.

**You will receive a confirmation to your previous email address, so make sure you still have access to that account**

You will receive an email request to verify the change. Once confirmed, your new email address will be saved.

Managing Data

I need to delete something but the system won't let me.

Swivel will give you the option to Archive but not always allow you to delete. If you need to delete something, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

How do I export my contacts out of Swivel?

From the main navigation menu, navigate to Contacts > click the Action Menu and select Export.
