Managing Your User Profile

What is My User Profile?

Your user profile is your unique Swivel user and can be found under the My Profile section. It includes your first and last name, email, phone number, time zone and even a photo.

Changes to your My Profile information can be made one of two ways.

Option 1

From your name in the upper righthand corner, click My Profile.

Option 2

Select the Settings tab on your navigation menu and click Profile.

πŸ” Tip: Changes to the My Profile information can only be completed by the individual Swivel user. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to Support at [email protected].


Managing Your Profile

🚧 Important! If you need to make changes or manage your Two-Factor authentication (2FA), please review our Two-Factor Authentication section.

Change your password

  1. From your name in the upper righthand corner, click My Profile.

  2. Click the Change Password button

  3. Complete the fields in the Edit Password pop-up and > click Save. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

  4. Once the new password has been saved you will receive a green success message. You will now use your new password when signing in to your swivel account.


Changing Your Email

  1. From your name in the upper righthand corner, click My Profile.

  2. Click the Change Email button .

  3. Complete Email field in the Edit Email pop-up and > click Save.

  4. Once the new email has been saved, you will receive a message indicating a confirmation email has been sent to your current email address and no changes will be made until it is confirmed.

  5. Access the email account that was tied to your account before selecting Change Email. Select the Confirm My Email link in the confirmation email.

  6. Once the confirmation email has been clicked, you will be launched into your account in a new tab with a message saying you are already signed in. From there, you can continue to interact with your account. You will now use your new email when signing in to your swivel account.


Changing Your Mobile Number

  1. From your name in the upper righthand corner, click My Profile.

  2. Click the Edit Profile button

  3. Enter the new Mobile number on the and > click Save.

  4. Once the new number has been saved, you will receive a message indicating a confirmation email has been sent to your current email address and no changes will be made until it is confirmed.

  5. Access the email account that is tied to your Swivel account. Select the Confirm Mobile Change link in the confirmation email.

  6. Once the confirmation email has been clicked, you will be launched into a new page to verify your mobile number. Select the green Next Step: Verify Mobile button.

  7. A text message with a verification code will be sent to the new mobile number. Enter the verification code and select Submit.

  8. You will be launched into your account dashboard. From there you can continue to interact with your account. You will now use your new mobile number for multi-factor authentication to login.

πŸ”Tip: You can also update your Profile settings from Settings > My Settings > Profile.


Add a picture to your profile

  1. From the My Profile page, navigate to the circle with your initials and > click Change.

  2. Upload the desired file to the Change Photo pop-up and > click Save.

Supported file types are .png or .jpeg.
