Managing Swivel Client Portal Users

If at anytime you need to manage a Swivel Client Portal invite for your clients you can do so from the Client Portal tab.

Managing/Editing User Access

From The Client Portal Tab

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal tab on the left side navigation

  2. For an active user, navigate to the Active invite tab. For a user with a pending invite, navigate to the Pending tab.

  3. Search or scroll through your list of users to find the contact of reference.

  4. Select the 3-dot action menu on the right side of their invite.

  5. Select Edit Access to open the invite right hand slide out to update or remove associated Company or Portal profile information.

  6. Select Remove Access if you would like to remove the linked data from your tenant account to this user.

From The Contact View Page

  1. From the Contacts tab on the left side navigation, navigate to the contact you would like to send a portal invite to.

  2. Navigate to the Client Portal Activity Accordion and click to expand the accordion.

  3. Select Edit Access to open the invite right hand slide out to update or remove associated Company or Portal profile information.

  4. If you would like to remove access for this contact, select +Invite Contact. From the accepted or pending invitation box, select the action menu. Select Remove Access

Resending a Swivel Portal Invite

From The Client Portal Tab

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal tab on the left side navigation

  2. Navigate to the Pending tab to see a list of all pending invites

  3. Search or scroll through your list of users to find the contact of reference.

  4. Select the 3-dot action menu on the right side of their invite.

  5. Select Resend Invite to resend your contact an email invite to create their account.

From The Contact View Page

  1. From the Contacts tab on the left side navigation, navigate to the contact you would like to send a portal invite to.

  2. Navigate to the Client Portal Activity Accordion and click to expand the accordion.

  3. Select +Invite Contact.

  4. Select the 3-dot action menu on the right side of their invite.

  5. Select Resend Invite to resend your contact an email invite to create their account.

Important: If your contact has not received an email, first have them check their junk or spam folder. You may also want to confirm with your contact that they have the correct primary email on file. This email is sent from [email protected].
