The Swivel Summary groups all of a client's policies and accounts in one single view.

Viewing the Swivel Summary

There are two ways to view a client's Swivel Summary.

Contact Record

  1. Navigate to the contact record

  2. Click the Swivel Summary button on the top right corner of contact showpage

Events and Appointments Dashboard Widget

  1. From the Events and Appointments dashboard widget, navigate to the desired appointment

  2. Click on the Swivel Summary button

πŸ“Œ Note: In order to view the Swivel Summary for a contact record, the contact must have 1+ pending/active policies or accounts.


Swivel Summary Features

Viewing Values and Statements

Swivel Summary shows both Active and Pending policies grouped by Product Line, and lists policies in descending order (newest to oldest).

Swivel Summary also shows any Statement documents attached to a specific account, the policy or account values, and any Contributions or Withdrawals.

Print View

Once the Swivel Summary has been opened, by selecting > Print View in the bottom right hand corner, users will be brought to a branded PDF document to download, save, or print.


Customizing the Swivel Summary ​

From the Print View of the Swivel Summary, users will notice the opportunities for customized branding and disclosures. To edit these items follow the steps below:

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab.

  2. Go to Account section > click Branding.

  3. From the Logo section > click Upload button.

  4. In the Swivel Summary Settings section > click Edit. Complete the following sections in the window.

    1. Title

    2. Disclaimer

  5. Click Save.

Displaying Product Custom Fields on Swivel Summary

Users can configure their product custom fields to be viewable on their clients Swivel Summary. A great example is for the product bonus custom field. By enabling this field on the Swivel Summary, their clients can now view the bonus associated to the product they have purchased.
