Client Portal Activity Tracking

Agents and staff members can easily track the activity of their clients using the client portal, specifically each time they view their Swivel Summary snapshot PDF. This clarity can help an agent or staff member view exactly what a client is seeing and answer any questions they may have.

Accessing the Client Portal Activity Log

  1. Navigate to the contact of record from the Contacts tab on the left side navigation

  2. Scroll down to the Client Portal Activity accordion and expand it to view.

What to Reference in the Client Portal Activity Log

  1. Reference the time, the contact, and the Swivel Summary PDF viewed at that time by selecting the Viewed Snapshot PDF

  2. If a contact deletes their Portal account, it will also update in this log of the date and action

🔍Tip: If you cannot view the Client Portal Activity accordion, be sure that this accordion is selected to view in the Configure settings above the contacts accordions.
