Yes, but you will need to mark which calendar you want Swivel to update.

Yes. If you have the calendar(s) integrated, removing the user from an event in Swivel will also update the appointment on the users synced calendar.

Not yet. At this time, Swivel only syncs one-time events, so recurring meetings from Outlook or Google won't appear in the calendar.
