About Google Integration
Managing your appointments, events, and emails with leads and clients is easier than ever with our Swivel integration for Google. Google Integration features both email and calendar syncing with the option to enable email only, calendar only, or both.
Schedule appointments directly from Swivel into Google Calendar (and vice versa).
Log and store email communication for contacts and clients in real time.
Once you’ve set-up Google Integration for your Swivel account, Google events and/or emails will automatically sync directly to their respective contact records in your Swivel CRM.
📌 Note: Users can only link their Google Email account in 1 tenant account. Even if a user has access to multiple tenant accounts, they will have to use different Google accounts to have the Google Integration functionality in both tenants.
Setting Up the Google Integration
Connect Your Google Account
In order to sync your Google calendar or emails to Swivel, you will need to connect using your Google login credentials.
Go to Settings.
Go to Calendar/Email Sync section.
Click Add an Account button.
Enter your Google account email > click Log in.
Enter your password > click Sign in.
Click Accept All to the terms.
Users will be able to select which of their connected calendars they would like integrated into Swivel.
Users are able to create their Email Signature here as well.
You are now connected and ready to begin syncing and scheduling appointments, events and emails using your Google account.
