How do I manage my subscription's seats?

If I add a seat, will I be charged immediately?
Yes, but it will be a prorated amount. The full price will be reflected on your next invoice.
Can I pay for Swivel monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly or annually. Choose the monthly option to pay on a per month basis. The monthly plan is not discounted, so if you are looking to save, we recommend the annual plan.
If you are a legacy Swivel customer, please contact us directly at [email protected] or via the messenger if you are looking to switch from your annual plan to a monthly plan.
How can I change or manage my plan?
If you are the โaccount ownerโ or โadminโ of your account, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more in the Billing section.
What is included in my subscription for text messages?
1 phone number/line (per account)
1 text message account maintenance fee (per account)
1,000 texts per month (per account)
**Please note that the 1,000 included messages do not rollover.

What is included in my subscription for email messages?
20 integrated email/calendar accounts
1,000 emails per month (per account)

Trial Conversion
How do I subscribe to Swivel?
First, start with a free 14-day trial here. Then, once logged in, select the "Subscribe now" link in the top banner of your Swivel account and follow the prompts to add your credit card and subscribe.
Will I be charged after my trial ends?
You will not be charged after your trial ends unless you add your billing information. Swivel will send you a notification prior to the end of your 14-day free trial. If your billing information has not been added to your account by the end of your trial, your account will be locked until it has been added.
How do I cancel a trial?
Trials will automatically end after 14 days. If you wish to cancel your trial sooner, access the Billing area of Swivel and select "Cancel Plan" to cancel your trial before it expires.
Will the info I have entered in my trial Swivel account be lost when I subscribe?
No. All data entered as part of your free trial will remain upon conversion.
Payment
How do I update or change my payment information?
If you are the owner of your account, access from inside of the navigation.
Select on the right side of your existing Payment Method information.
Complete/Edit the fields in Payment Method modal and select Save.
You should now see your updated/changed billing information next to Payment Method in the Payment Information section of the page.
My account says "Unpaid Subscription: Your card does not support this type of purchase."
If you receive this message, please contact your bank or credit card provider to see if they have a restriction on the card, and if so, if it can be removed.
Can I pay my invoice before the draft date?
Unfortunately, you are not able to make the payment before your draft date.
Cancellations
How do I cancel my Swivel Subscription?
If you are the owner of your account, access from inside of the navigation.
Select on the right side of the Current Plan section
Complete the prompts in the Cancel Subscription Modal. You must agree to the cancelation policy, enter the word, and provide a cancelation reason to successfully cancel your subscription.
Once you have canceled your subscription you will be logged out of your Swivel account.
