What can I do from Swivel Connect?
Swivel Connect is the companion mobile app to web-based Swivel CRM. The app allows you to lookup contacts, view client policies, and manage meetings.
Who can use Swivel Connect?
Anyone with an active Swivel subscription can download and use Swivel Connect.
Where can I download Swivel Connect?
Swivel Connect is supported on Apple iOS and Android devices. Please visit the respective app store to download.
Can I use talk to text with Swivel Connect?
Yes! When using the Agent phone app, you can use your phone's voice dictation directly. Please see the below articles on how to enable this feature on your phone:
To use the dictation feature from within the Swivel Agent app:
1. Select Contacts and click into the desired contact.
2. On the Contact page, select Notes (located between the contacts name and the Swivel Summary button) and click New Note.
3. Click into the note, like you want to type it out, and at the bottom you will see a microphone icon.
4. Click the microphone button to record you notes as talk to text.
5. When dictation is complete, click the microphone again to stop and the text will display.
6. Click Save to save the note.
