Swivel Connect is the mobile companion app for the web-based Swivel CRM. It allows you to access and manage your data from your mobile device, making it easy to stay connected while on the go.
Who can use Swivel Connect?
Anyone with an active Swivel subscription can download and use Swivel Connect.
Where can I download Swivel Connect?
Swivel Connect is available for Apple iOS and Android devices.
Can I use voice input when creating notes?
Yes. Swivel Connect offers two ways to capture notes using your voice:
Voice Dictation (Device Feature)
Use your device's built-in voice dictation to convert your speech into text while creating a note.
AI Notetaker (Swivel Feature)
Use AI Notetaker to record spoken notes within the app. It automatically transcribes your recording and generates a summary.
📌 Note: The AI-generated summary is saved as your note in Swivel Connect, but the full transcription can only be accessed in the web-based Swivel platform.
