About Seats
A seat is required for users to be invited and have access to any of your subscription services.
Add or Remove Paid Seats
Users with access to the Billing Page (account owners) can add or remove paid seats to change the number of available seats that users can fill.
To adjust the number of seats on your account, access
from inside of the
navigation.
Select the Add/Remove Seats link next to your Additional Seat count.
Enter the desired number of seats in the seats field on in the Manage Seats modal.
Select Save
π§ Important: You will be charged for new seats immediately. Refunds will not be issued upon seat removal. Your next billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
π§ Important: Seats must be empty prior to removal. Manage your users by disabling access, archiving, or deleting (the user or pending invitation) to empty a seat.
π’ Note: If you are a Legacy Swivel customer, any newly added seats will appear on your invoice as "Legacy Seats".
π’ Note: Legacy Swivel customers cannot remove included grandfathered seats from their account.
