Saving Documents Under a Household
While this is an option, there are some drawbacks and potential issues with saving documents under a Household.
You can not upload or create folders within the Household documents.
If the couple under the Household separates, then the documents saved under the household would be lost from the software when you dissolve the household.
If stored under the Household, the documents would not be associated to a specific user or one's specific account which may have negative consequences.
While any documents stored at the household level would be visible on each contact's account, they would not be maneuverable within the account, nor would they be visible in any folders within individual accounts or moved into said folders.
