Wealthbox Data Migration FAQs
What data will migrate into my Swivel account?
Swivel supports migrating the following data types from Wealthbox:
Contacts
Notes*
Personal Information
Workflows
Tasks*
Opportunities
Account/Product Information
Manually added Account & Policy Values
*While these items will migrate over, they will be assigned to a generic
What data does not migrate over?
The import will not bring over:
Files/Documents
Templates (i.e. email templates, note templates, and custom reports).
Email communications
Custom Fields, or Customizations
📌 Note: If you are using Customizations in Wealthbox (Custom Types, Customize Data, etc.) Make sure to complete a Contact List Export and work with the Swivel Support Team on next steps to create Swivel custom fields and import the data.
