It can also indicate that your password is expired, outdated, or invalid.

To resolve:

  1. Sign in to the Fidelity & Guaranty portal directly to confirm your credentials are valid and to complete any additional requirements the carrier prompts you for.

  2. Once your password is updated and any outstanding requirements are resolved, return to Swivel Sync and re-attempt the link.
