Tasks in Swivel help you track follow-ups, stay organized, and maintain a clear history of client and internal activity. Tasks can be viewed and managed from multiple areas of the platform, with a consistent experience throughout.
View and Managing Tasks
By default, Tasks display open and upcoming items so you can focus on what requires action. When you need to review past activity, Swivel allows you to easily view completed tasks and their associated comments.
Click the eye icon to toggle visibility of completed tasks. When enabled, completed tasks appear alongside active tasks, including completion details and any comments that were logged.

Dashboard Tasks Widget
Provides a quick, at-a-glance view of what’s due. Use the eye icon to confirm completed follow-ups and review comments without leaving the dashboard.Tasks Page
Offers a task-first view across all contacts and users. The eye icon allows you to include completed tasks for activity review, auditing, or planning next steps.Contact Record
Displays tasks directly on an individual contact. Toggling the eye icon shows the full task history, giving you context on prior interactions, outcomes, and notes.
