In addition to the “Upcoming Event and Appointments” dashboard widget, users can view their full calendar from the Calendar Tab on the left side navigation menu. Here, you can switch between viewing Day (default), Week, and Month view. You can select user(s) calendars to view within your Swivel account. The dashboard Task and Workflows widgets are also available on the Calendar Tab, showing all tasks and workflows assigned to your user.

Day View

While on the day view, users can see the appointment details including the appointment name, location, the contact(s) associated to the appointment (hyperlink that has a direct link to the Contact's show page), appointment status, and link to view each contact's Swivel Summary.

Users can also manage the appointment status from this view as well by clicking on the appointment status badge, and selecting the desired appointment status from the drop-down.

🔍 Tip: If a user selects "No Status" from the status selections, it will remove the status bubble icon for the given event or appointment. For example, an event titled Travel would not require a status to be associated to it.
