By default, Swivel Sync-supported carriers and institutions will have pre-configured Swivel Sync Source Types. Only use these instructions to configure manually when needed.
From the main menu, go to Business Management > Carriers & Institutions.
Find an institution* from the list. *Note: This must be an institution supported for Swivel Sync.
Click the Institution Name to navigate to the institution record.
From the Institution Record, click the Action Menu icon > select Edit.
Edit pop-up window appears > go to Swivel Sync Source Type field drop-down and select the corresponding carrier or institution.
Click Save.
