View Syncable Policies and Accounts from Contact Record

What is a Syncable Product?

Product refers to the instance of a policy or an account stored in your CRM. An account and/or policy must meet the following criteria to be considered an syncable product -

  • The associated carrier/institution is currently supported for Swivel Sync

  • The associated carrier/institution is linked to a valid source

  • The respective account or policy has a core product status Pending or Open

Viewing Syncable Products

From the corresponding contact record, policies and accounts identified as syncable products have an additional Sync button, so you can easily distinguish these from other policies and accounts not currently supported.

For syncable products that require authentication and/or the source has been un-linked, you will see a Link button.
