You can add new contacts via a contact import or individually using the Contact Form.
What's included on the contact form?
The Create Contact form includes native fields for the following:
First Name*
Middle Name/Initial
Last Name*
Suffix
Phone
Email
Contact Category*
Contact Status*
Street

State
Zipcode
Preferred Name
Gender
Date of Birth
SSN
Medicare Number
County
Marital Status
Marital Status Effective Date

π Tip: Don't want or need this level of detail? No worries! As long as you enter the Contact Category, Contact Status, First Name and Last Name your contact will be added.
Add New Contact from +Create Button on Top Navigation
Select +Create while anywhere inside Swivel
Select Contact Accordion
Select your Contact Type
Complete the New Contact form
Click Save button
Add New Contact from Contacts
From the Main Navigation Menu select Contacts > click +Add Contact button
From the drop-down, select the appropriate Contact Type
Complete the New Contact form
Click Save button
Add New Contact from Leads
From the Main Navigation Menu select Leads > click +Add Contact button
From the drop-down, select the appropriate Contact Type
Complete the New Contact form
Click Save button
Add new Contact from Clients
From the Main Navigation Menu select Clients> click +Add Contact button
From the drop-down, select the appropriate Contact Type
Complete the New Contact form
Click Save button
