Understanding the Mailing Label Field
The Mailing Label field in a contact export:
Displays the household name(s) when applicable
Defaults to the individual contact name if no household exits (i.e. no Spouse associated)
This is helpful when creating mailing lists or uploading the CSV file for a mail merge/create mailing labels to mail to the Household rather than each individual contact.
π Note: Swivel does not include a built-in mail merge feature.
