Managing a Screenshare Meeting

Once you select “Start Screenshare” the meeting will begin. Users (the host) have several options on how they can interact and manage the meeting. For example, they can switch screens that are shared, share a video with sound, refine the shared view to only a portion of their screen using the “Rectangle” function, or even allow for direct collaboration with the viewers. This collaboration allows the viewer to complete information fields, type information, and select items on the screen.

🔍 Tip: In order to manage your screenshare meeting, you will always make changes, end the meeting, etc. from the original window that you started the meeting from. This functionality does not follow you across different screens
