Swivel Reports

All of Swivel's pre-configured Reports can be accessed through the Reports section.

Features of Swivel Reports

All of Swivel's Reports can be further refined by changing the criteria through the Filter button, selecting specific dates on the Date Range Filter, and even by searching specific criteria in the Search Bar.

πŸ“Œ Note: The Date Range for Reports (excluding Birthday & Annual Review) default to the current year. To change, click the calendar icon and select from the pre-defined ranges, or enter a specific start and end date, and click Apply.

πŸ“Œ Note: Reports are displayed based on User Role, so depending on the user permissions, not all report options may be displayed. To learn more, please visit User Roles & Permissions.


PII Report

The PII Report displays when a contacts Personal Identifiable Information (PII) was accessed and/or edited.


Account Transactions

The Account Transactions report displays all recorded transactions.

Use this report to list all account transactions (e.g. contributions & withdrawals) within a specific date range.


Duplicate Contacts

The Duplicate Contacts report displays potential duplicate contacts and/or households.

Currently, users cannot export this report within Swivel. Its intent is to manage the duplicates directly from this screen or click and open the contacts by selecting the hyperlink.


Bounce Emails Report

The Bounce Emails Report displays email addresses that have bounced or failed when sent as part of a Broadcast Email.

What email statuses are encompassed in the Bounced Emails Report?

  • bounced

  • blocked

  • spam report

  • dropped

  • unsubscribe

  • group_unsubscribe

Screenshare Report

The Screenshare Report displays tenant history of Screensharing with contacts. Users can view the contacts, total minutes used in the meeting (based on per person, per minute), and when the meeting was started. This is also viewable from the Billing page within your Swivel account.
