Commission Types

What are Commission Types?

Commission Types are used to organize the different compensation methods paid to agents.

For example, your account is pre-configured with the following commission types:

  • Commission

  • Bonus

  • Fee

Adding New Commission Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab > Advanced Setup

  2. Select the Commission Types section > click the +New button

  3. Complete the New Commission Type form

    1. Name

    2. Description Optional

    3. Position

    4. Click Save


Edit Existing Campaign Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab > Advanced Setup

  2. Select the Campaign Types section

  3. Go the three dot Action Menu > select Edit for the campaign type you wish to edit.

  4. Complete the Edit Campaign Type form

    1. Name

    2. Description Optional

    3. Position

    4. Click Save.

πŸ” Tip: Commission Types can also have configured workflows to each Commission Type. To configure a workflow, simply click into the respective appointment type and click +Add in the workflow template window. Learn more at Workflows.


Merge Commission Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab > Advanced Setup

  2. Select the Commission Types section

  3. From the Commission Types page > click

  4. Complete the Merge Commission Types form

    1. Merge From

    2. Merge To

    3. Remove original after merge recommended

    4. Click Merge

πŸ›‘ IMPORTANT! Please use the Merge feature with extreme caution. Objects merged cannot be un-merged.
