Compensation Types

What are Compensation Types?

Compensation Types are used to organize the different compensation methods paid to agents.

For example, your account is pre-configured with the following compensation types:

  • Commission

  • Bonus

  • Fee

Adding New Compensation Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click Settings > Advanced Setup

  2. Select Compensation Types > click the +New button

  3. Complete the New Compensation Type form

    1. Name

    2. Description Optional

    3. Position

    4. Click Save


Edit Existing Compensation Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab > Advanced Setup

  2. Select the Compensation Types section

  3. Go the three dot Action Menu > select Edit for the campaign type you wish to edit.

  4. Complete the Edit Compensation Type form

    1. Name

    2. Description Optional

    3. Position

    4. Click Save.

πŸ” Tip: Compensation Types can also have configured workflows to each Compensation Type. To configure a workflow, simply click into the respective appointment type and click +Add in the workflow template window. Learn more at Workflows.


Merge Compensation Types

  1. From the left-side main menu, click the Settings tab > Advanced Setup

  2. Select the Compensation Types section

  3. From the Compensation Types page > click

  4. Complete the Merge Compensation Types form

    1. Merge From

    2. Merge To

    3. Remove original after merge recommended

    4. Click Merge

πŸ›‘ IMPORTANT! Please use the Merge feature with extreme caution. Objects merged cannot be un-merged.
