Appointments Report

The Appointments Report lists all appointments within your account, and allows users the ability to filter by specific appointment types, date ranges and other attributes.

The Appointment Report displays

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Type

  • Appointment Name

  • Location

  • Status

  • Organizer

Filter Options

As with all Swivel Reports, you can filter by a specific date range (start on) using the Calendar button and selecting the desired date range. Additional filters include:

  • Types - Appointment Types configured for your account (e.g. Annual Review, Policy Delivery, etc.)

  • Statuses - Core appointment status options are Canceled, Confirmed, Kept, No Show, Pending, and Rescheduled

  • Marketing Events - Events in your account

Editing Appointments from the Appointment Report

Navigate to the desired appointment and click the three-dot Action Menu to Edit the appointment form or change the Appointment Type.

You can also update an appointment's status by clicking on the status badge and selecting the desired status.

How to Export an Appointment Report

  1. From the Swivel Navigation Menu, > click the Reports tab.

  2. Locate the Appointments Report tile and > click Run Report

  3. Click the Filter button (as needed)

  4. Click the three-dot Action Menu and select Export to export the filtered appointments as a .csv file.
