The Product Report displays all policies and accounts for your agency and is a useful tool for searching and filtering.
Searching Products
Users can quickly find specific policies and accounts by inputting the product number or owner name in the Search tool. Searching by policy or account numbers allows you to easily find and navigate to a specific record to quickly view further details and make necessary updates.
π Tip: Searching by account and policy numbers is not case sensitive and supports alpha-numeric characters, partial matches and exact matches.
Applying Filters
Date Filters
You can filter by a specific date type and date range. Date filter criteria includes Open Date, Issue Date, Effective Date, or Closed Date.
Go to the Date filter drop-down to select a date type.
Next, go to the Date Range filter to select a preset or custom date range. > click Apply.
Contact and Product Filters
Users have the ability to filter a Product Report using contact and/or product fields.
To apply a contact-specific filter, go to the Contact Filters section > click +Add Filter button.
Select a specific filter option and define the criteria.
Repeat steps 1-2 to apply more contact filter criteria.
To apply a product-specific filter, go to the Product Filters section > click +Add Filter button.
Select a specific filter option and define the criteria.
Repeat steps 4-5 to apply more product filter criteria.
Once all desired criteria is added, click Filter.
The filter criteria will display above the column headers with the filtered results below.
Filtering by Custom Fields
To filter by a contact or product custom field, click +Add Filter button.
From the filter selection drop-down, type the name of the desired custom field.
Select the desired custom field and define the criteria.
Export Product Report
From the main navigation menu > click Reports
Click Run Report on the Product Report tile
Click the Filter button to filter the report as needed
Please note: The date filter automatically sets for current calendar year. To export all products, clear out by clicking the red x.
Click the three-dot Action Menu and select Export.
β οΈ If contact custom field criteria exists, it is not included or is not supported on the Product Report export at this time. Only product-specific custom fields are included plus any native contact and product fields already supported.
FAQs
Can I filter by a specific Product Status?
Yes. As an enhancement from our October 2025 release, users now have the ability filter by a specific product status. In a former state, filtering by product status was limited to the product status indicator values - Pending, Open, Closed, Canceled. See also Product Statuses.
