Swivel's Birthday Report provides a list of contact birthdates filtered and displayed by birth month.
Features of the Birthday Report
Name & Contact Details – Name, address, phone number, and email.
Birthday Date – The month and day
Age – If known, Swivel displays the customer’s current age.
How to Filter the Birthday Report
Navigate to the Birthday Report in the Reports section.
The upcoming month will pre-populate in the Month filter. To change the filter, select the Month Filter box and select the desired Month.
To add additional filters, select the Filter button.
From the Filter form pop-up window, select your desired filters.
Contact Category
Contact Status
Contact Types
Record Status
Older Than
Younger Than
Agents
Offices
Zones
Include Tags
Exclude Tags
Select Filter.
To export the report, select the Action Menu > Export.
Create an Email Campaign Directly From Birthday Report
Another way of utilizing the Birthday Report is to send a broadcast email to your leads and clients in their birth month to wish them a happy birthday.

The Birthday Report features a Email Configuration wizard where you can:
Quickly configure your the Email Channel
Create and store an specific Email Template
Launch a Birthday Campaign
Using the Birthday Email Configuration Wizard
Step 1: Email Channel Configuration
From the Birthday Report, < click on the ">" button on the Birthday Email Configuration.
From the Email Channel Configuration tile (see above image), > click Edit button and complete the Edit Annual Review Template pop-up window.
Account
Sender Name
Email Subject
Email Channel Name
Once you have completed the Edit Annual Review Template, < click Save.
Step 2: Email Template
Navigate to the Email Template tile
Click the Edit Email Template to compose your email using the rich text email editor
Click the Edit Raw Email Template to compose your email with html
Once you have composed your email < click Save.
Step 3: Create Campaign
Once you have completed the Email Channel Configuration and the Email Template steps above, confirm the list has been filtered to your preferences (i.e. correct Month and any additional filter criteria completed).
Select the three dot Action Menu > click +Create Campaign
Type the Name of this email campaign in the New Campaign pop-up window < click Save (please note, this is how you will identify this Campaign on the Marketing Dashboard).
Users are now brought to the configured Marketing Campaign showpage.
Navigate to the Media Channels tile, > click the Annual Review hyperlink and > click Schedule Emails button.
Complete the Schedule Emails For Delivery pop-up form by entering the date and time to send out this email > click Schedule Email Delivery button.
