Annual Review Report

Annual Reviews Report can be filtered by the product's Open Date, Issue Date, Effective Date, or Closed Date.

The default option will be Open Date.


Exporting an Annual Review Report

  1. From the left-side main menu, go to the Reports tab.

  2. In the Annual Reviews Report tile, select Run Report

  3. The upcoming month will pre-populate in the Month filter. To change the filter, select the Month Filter box and select the desired Product Renewal Month.

  4. To add additional filters, select the Filter button.

    1. From the Filter form pop-up window, select your desired filters.

      1. Agents

      2. Offices

      3. Product Lines

      4. Product Types

      5. Products

      6. Institutions

      7. Contact Tags

      8. Exclude Tags

    2. Select Filter.

  5. To export the report, select the Action Menu > Export.

πŸ” Tip: Exporting an Annual Review list can be used to generate a CSV file to send to a mail house, or to easily print addressed postcard reminders to send to your clients.


Creating an Annual Review Email Campaign

Another way of utilizing the Annual Review Report is to send a broadcast email reminding your clients to schedule an Annual Review.

The Annual Review Report feature an Annual Review Configuration wizard where you can:

  • Quickly configure your the Email Channel

  • Create and store an Email Template for all Annual Review Campaigns

  • Launch an Annual Review Campaign


Using the Annual Review Configuration Wizard

Step 1: Email Channel Configuration

  1. From the Annual Reviews Report, < click on the ">" button on the Annual Review Configuration tile at the top.

  2. From the Email Channel Configuration tile (see above image), > click Edit button and complete the Edit Annual Review Template pop-up window.

    1. Account

    2. Sender Name

    3. Email Subject

    4. Email Channel Name

  3. Once you have completed the Edit Annual Review Template, < click Save.

Step 2: Email Template

  1. From the Annual Reviews Report, < click on the > button on the Annual Review Configuration tile at the top.

  2. Navigate to the Email Template tile

    1. Click the Edit Email Template to compose your email using the rich text email editor

    2. Click the Edit Raw Email Template to compose your email with html

  3. Once you have composed your email < click Save.

Step 3: Create Campaign

  1. Once you have completed the Email Channel Configuration and the Email Template steps above, confirm the list has been filtered to your preferences (i.e. correct Month and any additional filter criteria completed).

  2. Select the Action Menu > click +Create Campaign

  3. Type the Name of this email campaign in the New Campaign pop-up window < click Save (please note, this is how you will identify this Campaign on the Marketing Dashboard).

  4. Users are now brought to the configured Marketing Campaign showpage.

  5. Navigate to the Media Channels tile, > click the Annual Review hyperlink and > click Schedule Emails button.

  6. Complete the Schedule Emails For Delivery pop-up form by entering the date and time to send out this email > click Schedule Email Delivery button.
