⚡Swivel Quick Start Cheat Sheet

What you need to know to start using Swivel as your primary CRM.

Start using Swivel now to manage contacts, schedule, and grow your business. Follow these steps to hit the ground running:

Step 1: Create a New Contact ✅

  1. From the Main Navigation Menu select Contacts > click +Add Contact button

  2. From the drop-down, select the appropriate Contact Type

  3. Complete the New Contact form

  4. Click Save button

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment Using Swivel Calendar ✅

  1. From the Main Menu > go to Calendar > click +Appointment button and select the Appointment Type from the drop-down

  2. From the contact record, go to the Appointments tab

  3. Complete New Appointment form pop-up window

  4. Click Save button

Step 3: Create a New Opportunity ✅

  1. From the left side Main Menu, navigate to the Opportunities tab.

  2. Click the +Create Opportunity button and select the desired Pipeline

  3. Complete New Opportunity form

  4. Click Save button.

Step 4: Attach Products ✅

  1. Navigate to the desired contact's page and click +New Product

  2. Complete the 3-Step New Product Wizard

    1. Step 1 New Product - Complete the Product Form

    2. Step 2 Add Transactions - add the premium payment and/or incoming transfer

    3. Step 3 Add Commissions - add the Commissional Production as the Commissionable Amount

  3. Click Save button.

Step 5: Create a Seminar ✅

  1. From left side navigation menu, go to Marketing

  2. Go to Open Events tile and Click +New Event button and select Seminar

  3. Complete New Event form

  4. Click Save button.
