Start using Swivel now to manage contacts, schedule, and grow your business. Follow these steps to hit the ground running:

Step 1: Create a New Contact ✅
From the Main Navigation Menu select Contacts > click +Add Contact button
From the drop-down, select the appropriate Contact Type
Complete the New Contact form
Click Save button

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment Using Swivel Calendar ✅
From the Main Menu > go to Calendar > click +Appointment button and select the Appointment Type from the drop-down
From the contact record, go to the Appointments tab
Complete New Appointment form pop-up window
Click Save button

Step 3: Create a New Opportunity ✅
From the left side Main Menu, navigate to the Opportunities tab.
Click the +Create Opportunity button and select the desired Pipeline
Complete New Opportunity form
Click Save button.

Step 4: Attach Products ✅
Navigate to the desired contact's page and click +New Product
Complete the 3-Step New Product Wizard
Step 1 New Product - Complete the Product Form
Step 2 Add Transactions - add the premium payment and/or incoming transfer
Step 3 Add Commissions - add the Commissional Production as the Commissionable Amount
Click Save button.

Step 5: Create a Seminar ✅
From left side navigation menu, go to Marketing
Go to Open Events tile and Click +New Event button and select Seminar
Complete New Event form
Click Save button.
