πŸ™‹ How do I manage multiple Swivel accounts?

Logging In

If you have multiple accounts with Swivel, once you log-in you will be directed to the Pick Account page.

Users Associated to 2+ Accounts

For users with access to 2 or more accounts, you will be directed to the Pick Account page.

  1. Sign in to your Swivel account from https://portal.swivelcrm.com

  2. From the Pick Account Page > find the account you would like to access > click Select.

  3. You will be launched to the Dashboard Experience of that Account.

  4. To login to any other connected account, from the Pick Account Page > find an account record listed > click Select.

  5. You will be launched to the respective experience.

  6. To exit the account and switch to another account experience, navigate to your name in the upper-righthand corner > select Switch Accounts.

  7. You are redirected to your Pick Account page to select a different account.
