Navigate to the Contacts tab and enter the Product Number in the search bar to view the Product Owner.

Yes, but you need to add the respective members since organization's will roll up products that belong to members of that organization. A primary and secondary contact are not, by default, members of an organization. This prevents scenarios where a contact has products that have nothing to do with an organization but they are a point of contact for the organization. Primary and secondary contacts can always be added as members.
