Text Message Personalization Tokens

A text personalization token is used to automatically insert specific information about the recipient or send when the text is sent. These tokens help make the text message feel more personal and relevant to the individual recipient.

For example, if you have a token like {{contact_first_name}} in your text template, when the text is sent, it could be replaced with "John" for one recipient and "Jane" for another, based on their data in Swivel.
