đ Note: The Recordings feature in Swivel allows you to record and store audio directly inside a contactâs profile. This makes it easy to capture voice notes, document client conversations, and save important audio for future reference.
Where to Find Recordings
Open any Contact
Navigate to the Recordings tab at the top of the right panel
(next to Notes, Tasks, and Workflows)
Here you can:
Start a new recording
Play existing recordings
Expand long recordings
How to Start a New Recording
Go to the Recordings tab
Click Start new recording
Allow your browser to access the microphone
Record your message
Click Stop when finished
Save the recording
Your new recording will appear immediately with a timestamp.
How to Play a Recording
Open the Recordings tab
Click the Play button on the entry
Adjust playback using:
Pause
Volume
Scrubbing bar
Recording Options (Gear Menu)
Click the âď¸ gear icon on any recording to access additional actions:
Transcribe
Creates a text transcript of the audio recording.
AI Summary
Generates an AI-powered summary of the recordingâs content.
Delete
Removes the recording.
âNote: delete permissions may vary by user role.
Once deleted, it is gone.
