What is a Lead Source?

Lead Source refers to the origin or channel through which your business acquires potential customers or leads. For example, a lead source could be a social media post, a direct mail campaign, seminar, or a referral. Knowing the lead source helps you evaluate which marketing strategies are working best and where to invest time and money.
