Tracking Email Campaigns

Users can track the results of the email campaigns by viewing the Email Channel metrics.

Email Metric Tiles

Processed

Swivel has prepared the message to be delivered

Delivered

When an email has been accepted at the receiving server. This does not guarantee that the email was placed in the recipient's inbox.

Opened

When an email is viewed by the recipient.

Clicked

When an email recipient clicks a link within an email *may also display as other

Bounced

When a server cannot or will not deliver an email. Bounces are often caused by outdated or incorrectly entered email addresses. See also Blocked Emails and the Bounce Email Report.

Spam Report

When an email is marked span by the recipient.

πŸ” Tip: When an email recipient unsubscribes from your emails, Swivel will suppress their email address from future mailings and add a block icon on their contact page.

πŸ” Tip: When you set up your Email Domain, Swivel enables subscription tracking to allow your email recipients to unsubscribe from future emails.

Filter Recipients by Status

  1. Navigate to the Recipients tile

  2. From the search bar, you can search by:

    1. Name

    2. Current Status (Processed, Delivered, Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Marked As Spam)

    3. Contains Status (Processed, Delivered, Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Marked As Spam)

πŸ” Tip: You can also expand the > icon to view the email status for each individual contact.
